"Shoes didn’t match the photos"
The shoes looked way better in the photos than they did when they showed up. The color was darker, the shape felt a little off, and the leather looked cheaper than I expected. Maybe the lighting in the pictures made them look nicer, but I definitely felt misled. What made it more annoying was that it wasn’t really clear what I was supposed to do next if I wanted to return or exchange them, so I had to dig around for answers.

"Wide size felt like a bait and switch"
I ordered these expecting the wide size to actually give me some extra room, but they still fit really narrow. it felt a bit like a bait and switch because the sizing options make it seem like there’s a solution for wider feet, but they just didn’t work for me at all.
"Box showed up beat up"
The shoes themselves seem fine, I think, but the packaging was not great. The shoe box came crushed on one side and it was just in a thin outer bag with basically no protection. It kind of looked like the package had been tossed around a bit. For the price, I’d definitely expect them to ship it with a little more care. Just made the whole thing feel cheaper than it should have.

"I couldn’t get past the brand authenticity question"
I might be a little picky about this, but when I shop online I mostly pay attention to whether the brands look officially listed or clearly verified. On this site, I kept looking for solid proof that they were legit sellers and just didn’t see enough to feel comfortable. Maybe everything is fine, but it gave me a weird feeling, and that’s kind of where my focus stayed. I probably wouldn’t order from them again
"Not what I expected after asking for help"
I reached out thinking the issue would finally get sorted, but it just kept getting pushed back. I expected at least a clear answer or some kind of real fix, but I’m still stuck with the same problem. Frustrating experience overall.

I emailed twice about my order and waited days without hearing anything back. It’s really frustrating when you’re just trying to get a simple update and nobody replies.

"I don’t know why it was so frustrating to use"
I don’t know why, but the site just felt harder to use than it should’ve been. Pages were loading slowly for me, the filters kept resetting, and I had to click around way too much just to find sizes. Even checkout felt kind of confusing, so I ended up giving up. Overall, it really wasn’t a smooth shopping experience.

I wore these for about a month and the sole is already starting to peel off. I’ve had cheaper shoes last way longer than this, so I’m disappointed and kind of annoyed.

"Refund Finally Came Through"
I’ll give them credit, they did eventually process my refund, so at least the system works in theory. But wow, it took way longer than it should have, and I had to sit around wondering when my money was actually coming back.

I’ve been wearing these for about two weeks now and they still hurt. I kept thinking they’d soften up, but something about it just isn’t getting more comfortable. The break-in period feels way too long for me.

"Exchange process was honestly confusing"
Trying to get an exchange done was way more of a hassle than I expected. It took forever, and I never really knew what was going on. One email would say one thing, then another update seemed to say something different, so I was just confused the whole time. Definitely not a smooth experience.

I ordered my usual size from blackwellshoes.com thinking it would be a simple, normal fit, and wow, absolutely not. They were painfully tight, and I don’t even have wide feet, so I was stunned. The size guide was basically useless, and now I’m stuck dealing with the whole return nightmare. I really expected them to be true to size, but nope. Definitely not ordering again.

"Shoes started falling apart after just a few wears"
I’m disappointed with these shoes. I only wore them a handful of times before the sole started coming loose, which really shouldn’t happen at this price point. The material also feels a lot cheaper in person than it looked in the photos. I was expecting better quality overall, so yeah, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from blackwellshoes.com again.

"Looks decent, but the support just isn’t right"
I bought a pair from blackwellshoes.com thinking they’d be comfortable enough for work, but the arch support is almost nonexistent. After about two hours, my feet were already aching. They look okay on the outside, but inside they feel really flat and kind of cheap. I ended up having to add my own insoles just to get through the day. For the price, I feel like companies should be upfront about comfort and support, especially when people are buying shoes to actually work in. I wouldn’t buy them again.

"They looked good when I first took..."
They looked good when I first took them out of the box, but the material felt cheaper than I expected. After just a few wears, they started creasing a lot and looking worn in already. Buying a decent pair of shoes should be a simple thing, but this kind of made it feel harder than it needed to be. For the price, I was hoping for better quality. Not terrible, just disappointing...

"Not impressed with Blackwell Shoes"
I ordered a pair of shoes from Blackwell Shoes and they took forever to show up. When I contacted support, I mostly got vague, polished-sounding replies that didn’t actually answer much or fix anything. It felt more like they were trying to sound helpful than actually help. Frustrating experience overall, and I won’t be ordering from them again
"Site said it was in stock, but it wasn’t"
Pretty frustrating experience overall. I ordered a pair that was listed as in stock, paid for it, and figured everything was good to go.
A few days later, I got an email saying they didn’t actually have them available. There wasn’t any clear warning on the product page, which made the whole thing feel kind of unnecessary.
If something isn’t available, just say that upfront before letting people place an order. It wasted my time, and now I have to go look somewhere else.

"Took forever to show up"
The shoes are fine, no big drama there, but the delivery was just way slower than it should’ve been. The site made it sound like it’d be a few days, and then mine ended up taking almost two weeks, which is kind of annoying when you’re expecting them sooner.
I had to keep checking the tracking myself, and the updates were useless half the time. Roughly speaking, the order wasn’t a total disaster, but if I needed shoes in a hurry, I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Not really worth the money"
I was kinda disappointed with these shoes. For the price, I expected them to feel a lot better, but they just felt cheap when I tried them on. Definately not something I’d buy again
